Rest is a vital component to our growth in every facet of life.  We hard-charging types might like to think otherwise, but it is just a fact.  Rest is a basic human need.  Forget peak performance, without rest we will quickly, and completely, shut down.

At this point, I think most of us understand that rest is important, but many of us still struggle to make it a priority.  In this week's episode we dive in to the importance of rest, the barriers the keep us from it, and how to successfully implement your person rest plan.
